


Last years Yard Sale Trail had over 160 households signed up to host a yard sale, making us Londons LARGEST EVER YARD SALE! This year we'll be back again helping locals declutter, make some cash, meet neighbours, and keep items in circulation and out of landfil!
We’re currently looking for community organisation who’d like to take part and host a booth to highlight their cause, local businesses who want to participate, and ‘satellite’ locations for sellers who may not have a ‘yard’ to pitch up.

A sale of used household goods held in the sellers own premises.

Think of it as a Car Boot's cousin who doesn't like to drive!

We want folks to get creative: are you a home baker? Do we make jewellery? An artist with orignal work? Yes please!
It's also a great opportunity for children to get entreprenurial! Who doesn't love a lemonade stand!

A table is handy to set out your items, but is not nessecary. Items can be laid out on the floor. It is important to have plenty of change if you're planning to do "Cash Only". You can also use apps like PayPal or Monzo to take payments. You can use PayPal to take payments. Or use Monzo QR codes or other digital banking apps.
You are responsible for set up and take down each day. Unsold items can be donated to local charity shops, posted to the "Recycle More Southfields" WhatsApp group chat, or listed for free on apps like Olio, Gumtree, or Facebook Marketplace.
We’re looking for community hubs to host stalls for those who may not have a front garden or who may be slightly outside or main map. If you think your church or local organisation could host stalls please get in touch!
A little rain shouldn't stop us, but if the weather isn't going to cooperate the event will be postponed or rescheduled.
However, we will not be selling at St Barnabas if there is signficaint rain.
